Family
and Friends The Nancy Minor Team is made up of
family and friends. Nancy, a former teacher, has been the real estate leader in
her market for the last ten years. While trying to develop a successful real
estate business Nancy saw that having her husband Sid join the team would be a
great addition. Sid’s technology and sales background made him the perfect
partner. As the business grew Nancy saw the opportunity to bring on her office
manager, Becky Paterni, who has been instrumental in the success of the team. As
Nancy’s business continued to grow so did her team. Next to join was Ron Minor,
Nancy’s brother-in-law. With Ron’s building background he added a new dimension
to the team. Nancy’s daughter-in-law, Rhea Minor, is the Director of
Communications and Finance. Nancy has four very successful buyer’s agents Carrie Bodin, Debbie Timm and Helen Minor, Nancy’s sister-in-law.
Nancy is very grateful for the privilege to help over 2,000 families
experience the American Dream of home ownership. She is committed to giving back
to the community where she lives and works. Nancy sponsors numerous community
events and many sports teams can count on her support. The Nancy Minor Team has
an annual community drive to gather food, coats, and toys for the Norcross
Cooperative Ministry. Nancy also has a moving truck for clients and for
community groups to use at no cost. With every closing the team makes a donation
to Children’s Miracle Network. Nancy was named "Volunteer of the Year" by the
Robert Fowler YMCA and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board
of Directors.
For Nancy,
happiness is a career that enables her to work with wonderful clients and expand
the business with the help of her family and friends. Her favorite time is spent
with family and credits her boys’ support with her success. Nancy escapes from

Debbie
Timm is a Realtor Partner with the Nancy Minor Team of Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North – a role to which she brings extensive business experience in
finance, sales and marketing, and a track record as a highly successful real
estate investor.
As a Realtor, Debbie thrives on
finding her clients the perfect home. She is equally committed to ensuring a
smooth home sale process and to providing
exceptional client service. Known for her market savvy, her reliability and her
enthusiasm, Debbie makes it her job to see that her clients reach the best
possible real estate decisions, regardless of market cycles.
In her earlier life, Debbie earned a degree in
business administration from
Clemson University where she also met her
terrific husband, Roy. She went on to join SunTrust Bank and advanced to the
position of vice president of sales and marketing for the Commercial Banking
group in Atlanta while simultaneously completing an MBA from Georgia State
University. It is this busy experience, she says, that best equipped her for her
job as mom.
A twelve year resident of Peachtree Corners, Debbie is a
familiar and friendly face in the community. She serves on the Board of
Directors for the Robert J. Fowler YMCA, and is an active volunteer in numerous
charitable causes, as well as at
Simpson
Elementary School. An avid
sports enthusiast, you’ll find Debbie in the pool, on a bike, or running the
roads of Peachtree Corners in between showing homes and closing sales!

Carrie
Bodin is a
Realtor with the Nancy Minor Team . She has been married for 25 years
and has two
children who are in college. Carrie has lived in North
Atlanta
for the past 30 years; Dunwoody for 15 years and Peachtree Corners for the past
15. Her family has made their home
within the community, including; Simpson, Pinckneyville and Norcross High School.
The fact that her children have grown up living in the same neighborhood, school
district and state is very meaningful to Carrie, as she spent her childhood
moving across country, state to state, every three to four years. The
combination of these two entirely different experiences creates a compassionate
spirit that helps other families meet their relocating and moving needs.
Carrie’s knowledge and background include; Real Estate Sales ~ Listing and
Buying, Sales Marketing, Decorating, and helping others Design their Kitchens
which she refers to as the "Heart of a Home”.
Along with “Staging” The Nancy Minor Team listings, she also continues to
represent Inman
Park Marble and Granite as
a remodeling consultant. The Nancy Minor Team offers Carrie the opportunity to
share her love of life, and the beauty of a warm home with others.

Helen
Minor is a Realtor with The Nancy Minor Team and also Nancy’s
sister-in-law. She is originally from Northern Ireland where fields are as green
as rumor says they are. She grew up right by the Irish Sea, with a 12th century
castle 4 miles from her hometown.
Helen went to college at Georgia State and received an Art Education degree.
She taught elementary art at Lilburn Elementary until her second child was born
and then stayed home for some years. Helen has extensive knowledge of Gwinnett,
Fulton, and Forsyth County schools from both a personal and professional
standpoint.
Helen enjoys painting, tennis, volunteering at her children’s schools and
bargain shopping! Yes, she is one of those women that usually buys when there is
an additional 75% off the 50% off rack with another 20% coupon as well.
Helen joined the team after her hiatus and has enjoyed it immensely. Real
Estate is a wonderful profession ,and Helen has been very successful. She states
that, "I have met some of the most interesting people and one of the most
gratifying aspects of the job is hearing the feedback from the home buyers after
they have moved in, and realizing that what began as a vision has turned into

Marilyn
Meacham
is the “friend” in the friend and family part of the Nancy Minor Team.
Marilyn is the newest member to the Team but not new to real estate.
An active agent for over 25 years, she brings tons of experience to our
well-trained team. We’ve been
friends for longer than either one of us cares to mention.
Something else that you don’t find often in the Atlanta area: she was
born and raised in Atlanta. She’s a
home grown Atlantan, but she also
knows what it’s like to be a transferred.
Her husband of 41 years, a retired AT&T executive, knows what it like to
wake one day and find out you will be moving to another state.
While Atlanta is home, transferring around has given her a real life
taste of having to be able to sell your home in a hurry but also being able to
help you find a home that with good resale potential.
Marilyn treats her customers like family – that is why now she’s selling 2nd
and 3rd generations of original clients.
Active in the church, she served on the official board and served as
chairperson for the Historic Norcross Tour of Homes for seven years, was
appointed to the Norcross Housing Authority Board, serves on the Norcross School
Cluster Foundation and is a “Power Lunch” reader at Strippling Elementary.
Marilyn loves Historic Norcross, where she has lived for the last 12
years. Speaking of family, Marilyn has 3 married children and 13 grandchildren -
“M” is what her grandchildren call her.
The best part of living in Norcross for her now is living next door
to her youngest daughter Noel Kyle and her family.
Watching Essie, Elliott, Pierce and Harrison go to school and getting the
chance to volunteer at their schools keeps her up-to-date as what’s happening.
She believes that it takes a village to raise a child.
Marilyn has been an active leader and prides herself in helping to shape
it into the community it is today.

the best kept secret in Georgia, possibly in the entire South!
Marilyn has lived in Gwinnett County for 22 years but also lived in Kansas City,
Missouri, Columbus, Ohio, Columbia, South Carolina and Baton Rouge Louisiana.
She sold real estate in Columbia and Baton Rouge before returning home to
Atlanta. Her passion is to
treat clients better than anyone could treat them because she knows how hard it
is to move - even if it’s around the corner.
Moving, restoring and selling 13 homes gives Marilyn an appreciation for
the good, the bad and of course, the ugly because she has owned all varieties of
homes. Marilyn really does
believe in making moving a Minor detail.

Becky Paterni
is the office manager and has been in real estate for many years in
various capacities. You know what they say about the "i" and "t's". You can
always count on Becky to see every transaction to the end.
Ron Minor is the Customer
Service manager, a role with many hats. You may see Ron on a Photography shoot,
you may see him giving advice on how to get a seller's home in tiptop shape
before going on the market. These are just a couple of the many duties that Ron
performs. He brings his experience as a former builder to help get their home
"Model Home" ready.
Rhea Minor is our Director of
Communications. See the beautiful homes on this website and the
excellent information about these homes. Rhea is responsible for keeping it
running smoothly with seller homes presented beautifully on the very first day
it is on the market. Rhea with a degree in finance is also changed with keeping
the company books in balance. along with this she handles client feedback about
listed homes. She report this information to homeowners and to Nancy.
Sid Minor acts as marketing
director for The Nancy Minor Team as well as functioning as a licensed agent writing
contracts and showing property.
